Wherever Foodies travelers go, the first thing to look for is where to find the main flavors. Each country will have some restaurants that have the unique taste of that country and some other specialties. Such restaurants will become popular also. Perumbavoor in Ernakulam district is a place where many such diverse dishes were introduced to the world. In our Kerala, where there are many new hotels coming and going, we have not yet given up the best delicious food. This blog introduces such a newly opened restaurant that serves the best variety of quality food.
The journey here is in search of good food centers. This blog is not a PAID PROMOTION.

An Indian who embraces any taste of the world with open arms.
When the NASA man landed on the moon, he did not just say that he would find a Malayalee’s tea shop there to ask for tea and spaghetti. Everywhere you look today, the tide of protectionist sentiment is flowing. In Kerala, dishes from many parts of the world have come and gone, but most of our Malayalees’ favorite foreign dishes are the Arabian cuisine. It is not known whether the word of mouth was spread by the Malayalees who crossed the sea to the Gulf long ago or whether the glory of the Arabian taste itself has conquered us.
If you look at the names of the restaurants in Kerala, you can see the influence of this one Arab food, the Arabian-Persian names are more than you can see if you wrestle with the hotel names.

Yea , Shawarma is an old school dish.
After Porota and Beef, Shawarma is probably the food that created a taste revolution in Kerala. Shawarma still has a place where biryani, kuboos and kuzhimanthi rule the stage.
Those born in the 90s know how much Shawarma influenced the childhood. At a time when there were not many other dishes, shawarma was an honor and a delicacy. Introducing a very tasty quality shawarma that I have eaten in a while and where it is made.
Shawarmashi, The Happiness Roll ..
Shawarmashi is a small open-air restaurant located on the Perumbavoor – Muvattupuzha road next to the main traffic signal. A movement started by four young people. The franchisees are in the nearby towns of Kakkanad, Muvattupuzha and Kothamangalam and are also on the go to many important towns in Malabar. Curiously, everyone asked what the name of this restaurant meant, and was able to find out that it was something related to the monks in the Arabic language. But those who arrive here realize that they do not want a little food like the monks, and those who buy parcels often go with three or four rolls.๐

The specialty of Shawarma in Shawarmashi.
Shawarmashi starts with a recipe provided by a foreign relative of one of the four partners. The event was a success when their energy combined with that recipe. Shawarmashi – Shawarma is different from the shawarma usually available in our country. For those who have eaten the rolls wrapped in kuboos and put it on a plate, you can see the difference when you get the shawarma from shawarmashi. This shawarma is covers by rumali bread. In the case of Ingredients, the quality is not reduced in any way. Lots of vegetables, chicken, their own fries, special mayonnaise, cheese and other ingredients all wrapped up nicely and when we get our hands its look heavy item. They contain about 120 grams of fresh chicken in a shawarma. Let’s say you know quality food not only by taste, we can know the quality of the food we eat shortly after the meal. I can feel those 100% satisfaction when I had this shawarma.
Don’t make this shawarma as a snack.
In all other foreign countries the food may be a roll or one or two items like this, but for us Malayalees it is just a cup of tea, for us the food is a plate of rice, four or five side curries, two pour broth and then a beef or fish fry.
Almost all the people in our country see Shawarma as a snack, but Shawarma in Shawarmashi is not like that. When you combine 120 grams of chicken, veg and many other items, you get a roll that doesn’t fit in one hand. This is the one that the average Malayalee gets when he eats a biryani and gets rid of nausea and rubs his stomach. So beware of the foodies who come to eat shawarma as evening snacks after a good meal in the afternoon.

The Mexican and special shawarma are my choice.
Rumali rotti is not only available in Shawarmashi Roll but also in Porota, the national dish of the Malayalees. Of the nearly eight different types of shawarma, the most delicious shawarma are Mexican shawarma and special shawarma. I also tasted these two rolls. Mexican shawarma is spicy and the special roll is one that allows us to understand exactly the flavor type of all the ingredients. People who do not like cheese much can be told to increase or decrease its amount. All you have to do is send a message to Shawarmashi’s WhatsApp Number to wait for them to tell you about these special things and then order a second roll or for an additional sauce.
Shawarmashi’s current working hours are in the evenings only. Shawarmashi in Perumbavoor has the necessary parking facilities and customers can also order Shawarmashi Shawarma rolls directly from their restaurant or through Zomato.
