Incredible 60 days all India road trip of the 70-year-old couple in Idukki, Kerala.
Many youngsters nowadays take All India Road Trip.
But there are some very ordinary elder couples from Idukki who have travelled to India, proving that age is just a number. The 70-year-old couple, who travelled on a 60-day All India trip in a car. The journey also includes the love and sacrifice of a son who knew the wishes of his parents and took them along and showed them their favourite places along them. This trip is also special because nowadays in this age of children leaving their father and mother on the streets.

60 days of travel not very luxurious.
It was not a luxury trip that cost a lot of money. It was a trip to India using all the monasteries and low-cost lodge rooms in the destination. Most of the time was spent in the holy places and historical monuments where the soul of India sleeps.
Two of the travellers were liked most about the places they saw, but there is only one place for both of them liked more that is Kashi where death and life come together.
These seventy aged people completed the journey without even having to go to the hospital even once without any physical problems during this period of travel. When even the youngsters also end their journey due to disorders during the journey. Sixty days of travel is not a problem for both of them who have been working well on their farms in Idukki for years.

Piolet and travel partner as a beloved son.
Their son Ajesh, who was preparing to travel alone, asked only one question why he could not take his father and mother with him and the answer of his parents was two had already started packing their bags. Relatives and friends tried to dissuade Ajesh, who was about to leave with his father and mother, who were so far away, but without telling anyone, the father, mother and son put their first gear into their dream. It’s a scary experience to be lost in a remote village in Jharkhand and spend the night in a Naxalite and bandit stronghold. There were many interesting experiences along the way, such as the villagers who came to the car the next day and gave them good Kerala tobacco and then the villagers packed their home-cooked food and left with love. Perhaps the journey of this ordinary 70-year-old peasant couple in Idukki may have been an inspiration to many who sadly forget the desire to see their favourite places before they die, thinking that life can be narrowed down to four walls with age.

Well, you two people are satisfied? no, we are going for another trip…
These people were a reminder of the fact that age and health do not prevent travel. The two are now forcing their son Ajesh to travel to places they have not yet visited in the north eastern parts of the country, and their beloved fellow traveller son says that the trip will soon be with his father and mother.I met them unexpectedly on my trip to Idukki. So I was lucky enough to get to know the adventurous journey and experiences of these ordinary people who have never known anything on social media and other media. I have uploaded a short video of their travel experiences sitting at home in Idukki and Nedumkandam on my YouTube channel. Those who are interested can enjoy the experiences of that trip.
